The Northeast Philadelphia Small Business Center for Legislatives Sudies is registered as an IRS 501(C)4 Social Welfare Organization. The Center is focused on research of legislative activities and engagement with local Philadelphia Legislators at the Philadelphia City Government, including the Philadelphia Department of Commerce, the Mayor's Business Action Team, Philadelphia City Council, Pennsylvania State Representatives, State Senators, and Members of Congress..

The Hub for Innovation and Visionary Empowerment. is a registered civic and business management consultancy. The HIVE is our alignment of the Alliance with the City of Philadelphia Designated Business Corridors. The HIVE oversees the consistent management of Business Engagement Entities (BEEs) that align to business corridors.

We have recently launched a pilot of this program with the Philadelphia Department of Commerce Business Affinity Group initiative and received a grant to implement the program.

The Northeast Philadelphia Small Business Foundation is registered as an IRS 501(C)3 Charitable Organization. The Foundation has designated Centers of Excellence focused upon Grant Acquisition, Grant Management, Grant Distribution, and Financial Literacy. Our programs support Business Operations Education, Apprenticeship and Intern Programs, Scholarship Awards, and other financial assistance and management programs such as small business accelerator loans, and certification seminars
